Yumday meets many of its makers and brands through recognized speciality food and CPG organizations. If the brand values and products are a fit for us, we will source the snacks directly from the producers.
We ship nationwide! However, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or unattended addresses, and we do not ship internationally at this time.
We currently offer three options for shipping:
UPS® Ground — Day-definite delivery within 1-5 business days, including Saturday.
UPS 3 Day Select® — Guaranteed delivery by the end of the third business day, including Saturday.
USPS® Priority Mail — Estimated delivery in 1-3 business days (not guaranteed).
When you check out, you'll be presented with the shipping options available for your destination.
Shipping is calculated by the carrier and shown at checkout. Prices vary depending on weight/size of products and your order destination.
Please allow three business days for us to pack and ship out your items.
Once your Yumday box is shipped, your email address associated with the order will receive a unique tracking number for your package.
Your snack box subscription is active as soon as you place the order, and your initial bill will be charged on the same day you check out. For succeeding bills, your primary credit or debit card on your account will be automatically charged on the 10th of every month or every three months. (For example, if you purchased the subscription on January 1st, you'll be automatically charged for your next box on February 10th if you're a monthly subscriber, or on April 10th if you're a quarterly subscriber.)
As a reminder, subscription orders placed by the 10th of the month will receive that month’s snack box. If you sign up on the 11th or later, your first box will be delivered the following month. You will never be charged for your second subscription box until you have received your first box.
You will receive an email statement every time your subscription order is billed. You can also view your order history in your customer account.
You can manage your payment information, such as your payment methods and addresses, in your customer account.
Billing cycle and automatic payment dates cannot be changed at this time.
Manual payments cannot be made before the automatic payment at this time.
Nope! We might post a couple of the snacks on Instagram ahead of your box’s arrival (so make sure to follow us if you want clues), but we really love to surprise and delight!
Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate substitutions in the subscription boxes at this time. However, we do offer curated snack boxes to fit special dietary needs. Check out our gluten-free and vegan collections.
Most of the snacks will be full-sized because food is always best when shared. However, we may also include individual/single-serve options from various snack brands.
Yes, any promotional pricing (such as a discount code) can be applied to the first payment of the subscription plan. Recurring payments will be charged at the regular subscription price.
If for some reason you haven’t devoured all of snacks within a couple of weeks of receiving your box, don’t worry! The majority of the snacks have a long shelf life, so they’ll store well in your pantry. But if you’re feeling overwhelmed with snacks, you can always pause your subscription at any time and restart when you’re ready.
No worries! You never have to wait to eat good snacks. While we don’t expedite shipping for the subscription boxes, you can always order a curated snack box or purchase individual snacks in the shop.
Gifting a subscription is easy! You can either sign up for a subscription plan and have the snack boxes delivered to your recipient's address. Or you can gift a PREMIUM monthly snack box subscription with one our gift cards. The gift card pricing includes shipping, so it's easy for the lucky recipient to get started with snacking at any time.
All subscription plans automatically renew, and you are committing to the length of your plan. You can manage your subscription, including editing your shipping information and updating your payment methods, in your customer account. If you’d like to pause/cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time prior to renewal on the 10th of the month. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org if you need help with your subscription plan.
We want to help you with that! Please email us at email@example.com and let us know what happened. In most cases, we can provide either a credit or replacement. However, we do not accept returns because these are food items.
You can always stock up on more snacks from the Yumday shop! The selection changes often as we bring new snacks in, so if there’s something you loved and can’t seem to find, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
