Moku is a plant-based mushroom jerky that's gluten free, soy free, and non GMO. Moku partnered with a Michelin chef to turn king oyster mushrooms into a delicious, tender jerky that anyone can enjoy — from vegans to meat eaters alike!

Jerky is great, but its environmental footprint isn’t. So, we created one that captures the texture & flavor of our go-to snack with the power of plants. Whether you’re a full vegan or just dabble with meatless Mondays, just one bag is a step in the right direction.

Raised on O‘ahu, Hawaii, an island with limited natural resources, I understood the importance of sustainability from a young age. As I began learning about the immense carbon footprint of the meat industry, I gravitated towards plant-based foods. Fast forward to today, I teamed up with two renowned culinary experts to develop a delicious jerky that is better for both our bodies and the planet.

We're not here just to make jerky. We're here to encourage everyone to take mindful steps towards a healthier future - from our snack choices to our day-to-day routines. Let’s take it one day at a time. One choice at a time. One Moku at a time."
