Raised on O‘ahu, Hawaii, an island with limited natural resources, I understood the importance of sustainability from a young age. As I began learning about the immense carbon footprint of the meat industry, I gravitated towards plant-based foods. Fast forward to today, I teamed up with two renowned culinary experts to develop a delicious jerky that is better for both our bodies and the planet.
