June 11th is National Corn on the Cob Day. In honor of this A-MAIZE-ING food holiday (I have all the #cornyjokes, folks!), here’s a #tbt to one of the yummiest cobs of corn I’ve had… corn on the cob covered with crushed Crunchy Flamin’ Hot Cheetos! 🌽🔥
TBH, I could sprinkle Flamin’ Hot Cheeto dust on everything. It adds just the right about of spice and crunch to all foods. 😂

Corn on the cob is one of those simple pleasures in life. I love grilled corn with a little salt and butter on it. It reminds me of summer vacation, no matter when I eat it during the year. When I was little, I remember going to a local farm in East Tennessee to pick up bushels of freshly picked corn; and we’d sit outside as a family and shuck the corn. We would always get way more than we could eat, so we’d freeze some for later and would share a bunch with neighbors and friends.
How are you celebrating National Corn on the Cob Day? Let me know in the comments!
P.S. The only corn I don’t like: candy corn!
