YAPA makes handmade baked empanadas here in Central Texas. They have an awesome selection, so deciding which empanadas to get was tough! Decisions, decisions. 😅 I ended up getting YAPA’s chana masala empanadas, the Peruvian-style chicken empanadas, and the Boca de Fuego empanada (which is their new smoked brisket empanada).
