National Potato Day is August 19th, but today is National Tater Day, and I don’t really know the difference. But I’m more than happy to celebrate taters any day because I LOOOOOOOVE potatoes. 🥔💖
In honor of this food holiday, I made Molly Baz‘s “Smashed Crispy Potatoes,” and it’s amazing! It has potatoes. It has bacon. It has cheese. It has all the yumminess in the world. I could eat this every day, but the potatoes are cooked in bacon fat, so maybe every other day is better. 😂
